When we can, CLHLLC uses computer software to monitor such communications, but we do not use people to monitor or edit content posted by users. CLHLLC reserves the right to remove any content posted by users. CLHLLC is not responsible for failure or delay in removing content posted by users that is objectionable, inappropriate, or inaccurate.

General Provisions

These terms shall be construed according to the laws of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Florida courts have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any claims or disputes relating to the SITE, and you hereby consent to this exclusive jurisdiction.

A claim or cause of action respecting the SITE must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or it is barred.

CLHLLC has the right to terminate your access to the SITE without any notice.Failure of CLHLLC to enforce any of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of the terms.
