Christopher Ladd Harker LLC is a Limited Liability Company chartered in Florida. This company provides a variety of Real Estate Services to Individuals, Private firms, and Public organizations.

The company operates as a prime contractor to other companies such as Real Estate Brokerage and Mortgage Brokerage firms, both in Florida and in other States. In these cases CLHLLC and its employees act as a legal agent representing Real Estate Brokerage and Mortgage Brokerage firms to the Public. This representing is done under the terms of strict contracts defining the roles that CLHLLC provides as a prime contractor to the Real Estate Brokerage and Mortgage Brokerage firms.

CLHLLC also offers consulting services directly to the public that not Brokerage services. These additional non-brokerage services are extended to Individuals, Private firms, and Public organizations, both in Florida and in other States.
