I was  first  licensed as  REALTOR  in 1976  in Maryland.  We

moved  to  Florida  in  1994  from  Virginia,  where I  was with  

Century 21. In Florida  I am  a  REALTOR  and   MORTGAGE 

BROKER. My realty  EXPERIENCES  and SKILLS are  many  

and I feel  I am a  top notch HOME BUYERS AGENT.                                                  

I am assisted by a hard-working wife, DEANE HARKER, retired Pharmacist.  We have five children and   nine grand children. I was born a  "WEST  (by God)  VIRGINIAN"  and Deane is  "NORTH  (Tar  heel  born  and  bred)  CAROLINIAN".  There are so many details  (APPRAISING  FINANCING INSPECTING MOVING etc. etc. etc.) involved  when you  buy  a home.  We  really  do make these important matters  LESS  STRESSFUL   for you as OUR CLIENTS.
