                             SOME GOOD RULES

Use a BUYERS AGENT.   When buyers use the developers sales agent to represent them, it is like using the owner of a resale home to advise you on buying their home. Sorry, but a buyer should be 'represented'  by an agent who is a  fiduciary representative to them. Developers  require  that your  agent accompany you the first time you visit a sales center.

Select a GOOD DEVELOPER.  You should obtain  references  for developers and  investigate  their projects.
