             FIRST  --  LOOKING by computer

There is no reason why  'finding'   the  home you want should take too long,  if we do the ground work properly. One way to keep the ‘finding’ shorter is to let the computer do the walking for you. We can do a  huge  amount of ‘viewing’ houses with the computer.

Chris  as your  Buyers Agent  will assist you to  know  what is available for you. Use the community search clicks,  and read up on the  communities,  with photos,  around the area. Then you make  print outs  of ones that you like.  We will  use MLS search to hunt for  properties  that you like including homes in communities you did print outs for.

We also use MLS to learn about the actual sales prices of the area homes,  to get a feel for what is really  happening in the marketplace.
